A Silver Lining Foundation
The mission of A Silver Lining Foundation is to ensure dignified, respectful and equal access to quality cancer education and services for all, by creating meaningful partnerships with community, advocacy and healthcare organizations. Illinois Breast & Cervical Cancer Program
IBCCP offers free mammograms, breast exams, pelvic exams and Pap tests to eligible women. Even if a women has already been diagnosed with cancer, she may receive free treatment if she qualifies. The program has been providing breast and cervical cancer screening to the women of Illinois since 1995. Sponsored by the Illinois Department of Public Health. Call 1-888-522-1282.

Breast Cancer Assistance Program
The American Breast Cancer Foundation operates a national Breast Cancer Assistance Program that provides financial assistance for breast cancer screenings and diagnostic tests for uninsured and underserved individuals, regardless of age or gender. To seek assistance or learn more about ABCF’s Breast Cancer Assistance Program, contact the toll free number, 844-219-ABCF (2223) to speak with a Program Specialist. Bilingual Program Specialists are also on staff and available to be of assistance.
