"Empowering young sisters everywhere"
Welcome to the Young Sisters Initiative: A Guide to a Better You (YSI)! online program. The YSI Program was designed to give African American young breast cancer survivors (YBCS) easy-to-read, culturally appropriate information and resources about types of breast cancer, treatment, genetic testing for breast cancer, coping with emotions, and sexual and reproductive health.
The YSI Program was developed by Sisters Network, Inc. to support African American YBCS and share information about emotional wellness and reproductive health information with them.
The YSI Program is being evaluated to make sure that it functions properly, so you must register to access this online program. Please click here to “Register” to review the consent statement and complete the brief screener before registering to access the YSI Program. The purpose of the screener is to gather information about you (such as age, race, and breast cancer diagnosis) so that we can understand who uses the YSI Program.
